Robert J. Soper, currently the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Gaming & Hospitality (SG&H), has decades of experience in hospitality and gaming. Robert J. Soper has successfully spearheaded multiple RFP processes at the international level since beginning his career, including Mohegan Sun’s procurement of the only integrated resort license issued in South Korea. Under his leadership, SG&H provides advisement to Operators, Investors, Regulatory Bodies, and Developers in every area of operations and development for gaming and non-gaming endeavors.
