Robert J. Soper is a seasoned business executive who was responsible, among other growth initiatives, for overseeing the the design and construction of the Ilani Resort in Washington during his time as the President and CEO of Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority. Robert J. Soper also served as President and CEO of Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, one of the world’s largest and most successful integrated resort destinations, for several years. Mr. Soper holds a BBA and a Juris Doctorate degree, and he’s currently the founder, President and CEO of Sun Gaming & Hospitality.

The team helps clients in every area of resort operations and development for gaming and non-gaming endeavors to ensure successful execution and to provide a competitive advantage.

Before beginning his career, Robert J. Bobby Soper graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Georgia. He then graduated with his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia Law with honors. As a student, Mr. Soper served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Law Review.
